The Site is an online tool that provides information and software functionality for downloading video content in MP4 format. The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase, and certain advertised capabilities — including full HD downloads — may not yet be publicly available.

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access for any user we reasonably believe is engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability.

The Site's name, logo, design, and original text are the property of downloadxAI. All other trademarks, service marks, and brand names referenced on the Site — including EPORNER — are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party brand does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall downloadxAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or legal claims arising from content you download — arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
