downloadxAI is a software tool only. The Site does not host, store, cache, index, or distribute any video or media files of any kind. No copyrighted content passes through or resides on our servers. The Site merely provides information and browser-based tooling, and all downloading activity, where available, occurs directly between the user's device and third-party platforms over which we have no control.

Because we host no content, most traditional DMCA takedown requests (which target hosted material) do not apply to this Site. Nonetheless, we take all good-faith copyright complaints seriously and handle them promptly.

If you believe that content accessible via the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@videodownloaderai.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include, at a minimum: (a) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (b) the exact URL or location on our Site related to the allegedly infringing material, along with the URL of the source content where applicable; (c) your full name and contact information, including email address; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (f) a physical or electronic signature.

We review every complaint we receive and aim to acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours. Where a complaint identifies a genuine issue — for example, references on the Site that facilitate access to clearly infringing material — we will take appropriate action promptly, which may include removing the referenced material, disabling related functionality, or blocking the associated source.

You will receive confirmation once your complaint has been processed. If a notice is incomplete or clearly invalid, we may request additional information before acting.

If you believe material was removed or restricted by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to support@videodownloaderai.com including: identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction. We will restore material where appropriate unless the complaining party initiates legal action.

Where our systems can reasonably identify repeated abuse of the Site to infringe copyrights, we will restrict or terminate access for the responsible parties in accordance with the DMCA.
